Why I built this

My life outgrew my head.

Three companies, a medical career, research, family, content. I was juggling all of it and dropping balls every week, and every dropped ball had a name and a cost.

I tried the usual answers. Task apps, notebooks, more discipline. AI was the most frustrating of all: brilliant, and useless, because every conversation started from zero. I was re-explaining my own life to a machine five times a day.

Then I stopped trying to make myself more organized and asked a different question. What if the AI already knew? Not smarter answers. A system that holds my whole world, stays current on its own connections, and answers from what it knows about me.

So I built it. I've run my life on it every day since, and it has changed how I work more than anything in my eight years of building AI systems. Now I build them for other people.

How to read this. Everything runs on your own accounts, yours and never pooled with another client. That also means if I ever disappear, you lose your builder, not your system. It is not magic: connected accounts need re-authorising now and then, the daily brief is a plain agenda rather than a smart briefing, and the dashboard tells you when a feed is stale instead of showing you an old one. I build these because mine changed how I work. Everything on this page I run myself, every day. What I'm sharing is what's working for me right now, not a finished product with every edge sanded smooth. I'll set yours up carefully and stand behind the work, and I want to be straight about what the technology can and can't do, so read the note below before you buy.

Please read: how AI behaves

AI makes mistakes. These systems are built on large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they can "hallucinate", meaning they sometimes state things confidently that are simply not true. Read what the system gives you and check anything that matters before you act on it. Do not treat its output as fact without verifying it.

This is new, fast-moving technology. It will not work perfectly every time. The underlying models change, behavior shifts, and bugs happen. Expect a break-in period while things are tuned to you, and expect the occasional hiccup even after that. I'll help you work through issues, but I can't promise flawless or uninterrupted operation.

You stay in control, and responsible. The system is a tool to help you think and organize. You are responsible for the decisions you make with it. Anything with real consequences, money, health, legal matters, commitments to other people, is yours to review and confirm before you act. It finds flights, it doesn't book them. It drafts, you decide.

This is not professional advice. The Body, Money, and Mind modules are personal tools for organizing your own information. They are not medical, clinical, psychological, financial, legal, or tax advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional.
