The Command Center · a Personal AI Operating System

Your work and life, on one private command center.

A dashboard, a knowledge base beneath it, and your own connections feeding it.

Not a shared app you log into. Your own command center, running on your own accounts, set up on a device you control and handed over configured and running. Your calendar, email, and voice notes flow into a knowledge base that a clean dashboard reads back to you. You use it. You don't build it.

How it works

How it fits together.

You Dashboard see everything at a glance CORE AI agent talk to it, it acts The Brain your second brain projects · people · products · everything about your life & business see talk keeps your view live shows it all reads & writes connections feed it automatically Gmail Calendar Voice notes + your tools

You talk to your AI. It reads and updates your second brain, the place that holds your whole life and business, and keeps your dashboard live. Starter is the core package: your AI, your brain, and the connections that fill it. The dashboard is the visual layer, added at Core.

What you get

Your AI, your second brain, and the way it stays current.

The core is your AI plus a knowledge base that holds your whole world, filled by a prompt pack and kept current by your connections. The dashboard is the visual layer on top.

01

Your second brain

A structured Notion knowledge base that holds your whole life and business: projects, people, products, the lot. It comes with the prompt pack that pulls it all out of your head and fills it, so you don't start with an empty box.

02

Your AI

Claude, connected straight to your second brain and powered by your own account. Talk to it by text through Telegram or the Claude app: it reads what's there, writes new things in, and answers from everything you've given it.

03

Your connections

Calendar, email, and voice or meeting notes, connected and configured so they feed your brain and keep it current. You never copy anything across by hand.

04

The command center dashboard

The visual window on your brain: Home, Today, and your areas on one screen, kept live by your AI. This is the visual layer, added at Core. Starter runs on your brain and your AI alone.

Core
05

People capture

A private tool for the relationships that matter, logged one person at a time through your AI. Never scraped, never auto-mapped. It starts empty and pays off after a few weeks of steady logging, the way a real notebook does.

06

The Mind layer

A hand-run belief-mapping engagement that produces a private, versioned model of the beliefs steering your decisions, and the vulnerabilities in it. Facilitated personally, delivered as your own artifact. Flagship only, scoped per engagement.

One conversation, and everything updates itself.

Your meeting notes flow in on their own. Your brain works out what changed and updates all of it, so you never have to stop and remember what to write down.

The emails that matter, surfaced

Fifty land overnight. By morning your AI has read them and pulls out the two or three that actually deserve you. “Morning, these three look worth your time.”

“What did we agree on timing?” your brain project people transcript ✓
Ask

Ask it anything

“What did I agree with the client about timing?” It searches your brain across the project, the people, and the transcript, and hands you the exact answer.

Travel

Puts the whole trip together

“Plan my trip: Tokyo for a couple of nights, then Barcelona, then home the same day.” It sorts the lot: flights, hotels, even something to do on the Barcelona layover, and fits it around the meetings already on your calendar. You still do the booking.

How to read this. Your system runs on your own accounts. The assistant is powered by your own Claude subscription, and your information lives in your own Notion and on your device. It is single-tenant and yours, never pooled with another client. It is not a local language model, and it is not magic. The modules are independent, and connected accounts need re-authorising now and then. The Google Calendar connection in particular is published out of test mode at setup, so it doesn't quietly expire after a week. The Today view flags a stale or missing feed rather than showing you an old one, and the daily brief is a plain agenda, not a smart briefing. The advanced, always-changing capabilities live at Flagship, where they are hand-built and looked after.

Not included in any tier: third-party subscriptions (for example the Claude subscription that powers the assistant, your Notion plan, and any transcription tool) and the hardware the system runs on. These are billed to you directly by their providers. Every build is reviewed and scoped personally before anything begins, and figures are confirmed before we start. Advanced integrations and the Mind layer are quoted per engagement, not switched on at a fixed price. The email and notes connections assume your own Gmail account and a voice or meeting-notes tool of your choice.

The content studio

If you publish, this is the part that changes your week. It took me from one video every four days to five in a single day.

01

Develop the idea

Take a rough thought and shape it into something worth making, with your AI pushing it further.

02

Map every idea

Every idea, angle, and candidate is mapped in your brain, so nothing you think of is ever lost.

03

Hook, title & thumbnail

It walks you through the packaging, the parts that decide whether anyone actually watches.

04

…and the rest

The rest of the pipeline that carries a video from idea to ready-to-film.

Getting started

How setup works.

From application to a working system, and mostly hands-off for you. Your own AI does the heavy lifting of the interview.

  1. 1

    Apply

Fill out the application below and tell me what you want your system to do.

  2. 2

    Your AI interviews you

I send you a prompt. Your own AI runs the interview and draws everything it needs out of your head. No forms to slog through.

  3. 3

    I build your brain

I load your life into your private second brain and wire up your connections, so it starts full and stays current.

  4. 4

    You're live

Your AI is connected to your brain and ready to work. At Core, your dashboard goes on top, kept simple, and handed over.

Apply for a build

Tell me about the system you want.

The more you tell me here, the better the build. Every application is reviewed personally and scoped before anything begins.

Every build includes the command center: the dashboard, your own Notion knowledge base, a calendar connection, the daily agenda digest, and a text assistant on your Claude account. Choose any connections and modules below.
These are bespoke. They're built by hand at the Flagship tier, not switched on at a fixed price.
The most important question. Describe your day, what you're juggling, and where you want it to take work off your plate.

Application received.

Thanks. I'll review it personally and get back to you by email to scope your build.
